OUR PROJECTS

Project Portfolio

Cachapoal River Basin
Flag of Chile

Region VI, Chile 2000 - 2021

Multisectoral Strategic Alliance: This program represents a milestone in collaborative water management, uniting the most relevant actors in the region to ensure water supply.

Contracting Parties: El Teniente Division of Codelco Chile, Pacific Hydro S.A., and the Cachapoal River Supervisory Board (1st section).

Results: 32% increase in the Cachapoal River flow.

Cauto River Basin

Holguín, Cuba 2005 - 2011

Innovative program in tropical climates carried out year-round with a deployment of 25 installed Generators.

Contracting Parties: Civil Aviation Institute of Cuba and Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment of Cuba.

Results: 14 to 17% increase in precipitation. – Analysis conducted by the Meteorological Institute of Cuba.

Tuy River and Uribante River Reservoir Basins

Venezuela 2009 - 2011

Collaborative program with the Cuban project where a network of 12 Generators was installed in two important basins of the country.

Contracting Parties: National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (INAMEH), Venezuela, and Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment of Venezuela.

Results Achieved: 10 to 12% increase in precipitation. Analysis conducted by the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (INAMEH).

Petorca Province
Flag of Chile

Region V, Chile 2012 (ongoing)

Program initiated due to the severe water deficit suffered by the region, contracted by private entities with state contributions.

Contracting Parties: Private contributions from companies and farmers in the region.

Results Achieved: 18% increase in precipitation. Based on statistical analyses performed by our company with rainfall data from the stations of the General Water Directorate of Chile.

Aconcagua River Basin
Flag of Chile

Region V, Chile 2012 (ongoing)

Program designed for snow accumulation in the upper part of the Aconcagua River Basin. Carried out since 2012, it started as a regional project and is now focused specifically on this basin.

Contracting Parties: Aconcagua River Supervisory Board First Section, Codelco Andina, Esval.

Results Achieved: 10% increase in precipitation. Analysis conducted by the National Irrigation Commission of Chile (CNR) 2013.

Technical Development Study

State of Chihuahua, Mexico 2024

Design Study for a network of Silver Iodide Ground Generators, as well as the implementation of an aircraft for Silver Iodide Cloud Seeding, both aerial and ground-based, to increase precipitation for the benefit of the State of Chihuahua, Mexico.

Contracting Parties: Secretariat of Rural Development, State of Chihuahua, Mexico.

Elqui River Basin
Flag of Chile

Region IV, Chile 2024 (ongoing)

Program designed for snow accumulation in the Elqui River Basin during the winter season, operations started at the end of the 2024 season.

Contracting Parties: Elqui River Supervisory Board.

Results Achieved: The program is still too new for a concrete measurement of results.

Technical Development Study

Department of Tacna, Peru 2024

Study for a Precipitation Enhancement Program through Silver Iodide Cloud Seeding, to mitigate the effects of drought in the Department of Tacna, Peru.

Contracting Parties: Special Project Tacna (PET). Tacna, Peru.

Chaco Province
flag-of-Argentina

Argentina 2025 (ongoing)

Program focused on summer season rainfall, aiming to reinforce the water system of the Chaco Province, Argentina. Activities started in December 2025.

Contracting Parties: Agricultural companies in the province.

Results Achieved: Due to its short application period, outcome studies have not yet been conducted; projected results are similar to those in Cuba, with an 18% increase.
